Terms of Service

Welcome to CastModel (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. When you create a model profile, you must confirm that you are 18 or older; misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and we reject any profile we cannot verify as adult.

2. What the Service does

CastModel is a two-sided catalog for legal, non-adult photography and creative collaborations:

• Models publish a profile with photos, general info, and social media links.
• Customers browse the catalog and, with a subscription, may unlock a limited number of direct contacts per day to reach models.

3. Subscriptions and fees

• Model listing: $1.99 / month. Models with 50 000+ Instagram followers (as verified by us at moderation) receive a free tier and skip the listing fee.
• Model boost (optional): a higher paid tier that pins the profile to the top of the catalog for the duration of the active subscription.
• Customer access: $4.99 / month, includes up to 10 new contact unlocks per day (previously unlocked profiles remain open without consuming the daily limit).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation stops future billing; access ends at the end of the current paid period.

4. Refund policy

Because contact unlocks and profile visibility are consumed immediately, no refunds are provided for periods that have already begun. You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Content, moderation and prohibited use

You may publish only content you own or have the right to publish. Model profiles are moderated before appearing in the catalog and may be rejected without a right of appeal. The following are prohibited and will result in immediate profile removal and, at our discretion, an account ban:

• Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise adult content of any kind.
• Photos or contacts of anyone under 18.
• Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Harassment, threats, spam, or illegal activity.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is unsafe for other users. You may delete your own account and data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us at the address in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not responsible for interactions between users off-platform and cannot guarantee bookings, income, or any specific outcome from using the Service. Our aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights available under EU law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, with a new “Last updated” date.
